 耿聃皓简介

耿聃皓（Leo Geng），本科毕业于湖南大学工业自动化专业，并在清华大学新闻与传播学院获得传播学硕士学位。现任爱奇艺公司高级副总裁,爱奇艺北美公司总裁。1998年到2009年期间，就职于搜狐公司，2007年起任焦点房地产网总经理。2009年10月，加盟奇虎360任副总裁，全面搭建360互联网平台业务，负责360网址导航、团购平台、电商平台的建设和运营。2011年7月，加盟爱奇艺，全面负责爱奇艺全平台内容运营，同时负责战略合作、爱奇艺文学、PGC生态建设、客户服务、内容监控等业务。2015年6月，晋升为爱奇艺高级副总裁，负责爱奇艺的整体内容运营。

Mr.Geng Xiaohua was graduated from Hunan University, majoring in Industrial Automation as bachelor and acquired master degree in Journalism and Communication Institute, Tsinghua University, majoring in Communication. Now he has been the Senior Vice President of Operations of iQIYI.com --- one of the most popular online video websites in China. From 1999 to 2009, Mr.Geng Xiaohua was working in Focus Networkand in 2007 worked as the general manager of Focus Network. In March, 2009, Mr.Geng Xiaohua joined China Mobile, 139 mobile web as Vice President.In October, 2009, Mr.Geng Xiaohua joined Qihoo 360 as Vice President. Mr.Geng Xiaohua joined iQIYI.com in July 2011 as the Vice President of Operations , fully in charge of content construction, quality control and strategic cooperation. In June,2015.Mr.Geng promoted to senior vice president.Responsible for the overall operation of the company.
